First, we conduct meetings with our potential customers to understand their needs. Once we have the requirements we shortlist experts for each position. After our customer approves one of the shortlisted candidates we start the project engagement process
Once expert submits their resume they go through a screening process. This includes English language test and initial technical screening. If approved the expert is added to our expert pool to be considered for an existing or a future customer engagement.
No. The listed domains mainly represent general categories. Any new specialty can be added to our resource pool. In addition, companies can also request a new domain resource.
The main difference is that outsourcing refers to the whole project support and delivery, while outstaffing provides hiring and maintenance support of individual experts.
